These terms apply when you purchase or manage an Oxyyra product through Oxyyra Pay.
Last updated: 4 August 20261. What Oxyyra Pay provides
Oxyyra Pay is a billing portal for software products owned by Oxyyra. It is not a bank, wallet, money-transfer service or stored-value account. Payments are processed by Paystack.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase an Oxyyra plan.
3. Plans and usage
Each plan includes a defined access period, action limit, device limit and set of capabilities. Unused actions do not roll over unless the plan expressly says otherwise.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Monthly plans renew according to the schedule shown at checkout until cancelled. A 24-Hour Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
5. Responsible use
You may not use Oxyyra for unlawful activity, fraud, exploitation, harassment, impersonation or any use prohibited by the platform where a conversation takes place.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Oxyyra available and accurate, but AI suggestions can be imperfect. A human user remains responsible for reviewing every reply before it is sent.
