Report a duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charge through Oxyyra Chat support as soon as possible. We will investigate it with the Paystack transaction reference.
24-Hour Pass
A Pass can be reviewed for a refund if Oxyyra failed to activate it or the service was unavailable for a material part of the purchased period. Used AI actions normally make the Pass non-refundable.
Monthly plans
Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves access active until the current paid period ends. Partial-month refunds are not automatic, but verified service failures and billing errors will be reviewed fairly.
Payment reversals
A reversed, disputed or refunded payment may pause the related Oxyyra subscription. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
