We process your Oxyyra account ID, workspace, email address, selected product and plan, transaction reference, amount, currency, payment status and access period.
Card and payment details
Paystack handles the payment form. Oxyyra does not receive or store your full card number, PIN, CVV or mobile-money credentials.
Why records are retained
Billing records are used for subscription activation, receipts, support, refunds, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Access and deletion
Account privacy requests can be submitted through the Help & Support section in Oxyyra Chat. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax or dispute obligations.
